How much of your support could AI draft for you?
Drop in a ticket export from your helpdesk. In seconds you'll see your top repeated questions, how much of your volume is repetitive, and the agent hours AI-drafted replies could save. No sign-up.

How it works: tickets are grouped by the phrases that repeat across at least 3 tickets. Tickets in a recurring group count as repetitive, because those are the questions a knowledge base can answer. Hours saved = repetitive tickets per month × drafted replies per ticket × minutes saved ÷ 60. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Your team could save an estimated 0 hours a month
About 0% of your tickets look like repeated questions the Fielded Answer Layer can draft replies for, using your own help-center content. Here's the plan that fits that volume.
Questions
Is my ticket data uploaded?
No. The file is read and analysed by your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to send us the summary, and that contains only the numbers and topic names, never ticket text.
Which file formats work?
CSV exports from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Intercom, Zoho Desk or any other tool, as long as there's a column with the ticket subject or message. If your helpdesk exports Excel, save it as CSV first.
How is the estimate calculated?
Tickets are grouped by the phrases that repeat across many tickets. Tickets in a recurring group count as repetitive. Hours saved equal repetitive tickets per month times drafted replies per ticket times the minutes saved per reply, all of which you can adjust.
How accurate is it?
It's a quick, keyword-based estimate meant to show the size of the opportunity. A demo on your real knowledge base gives a much more precise picture.
